Text message was directed to Bismarck-Henning High School. BISMARCK — A 13-year-old male student is in custody for allegedly making a "terroristic threat" via text message on Tuesday afternoon. Capt. Mike Hartshorn of the Vermilion County Sheriff's Office said the teen was arrested on a preliminary charge of disorderly conduct.
