A judge Monday ordered a Shelby Township teen to stand trial for a Snapchat video that prosecutors allege was a threat to Utica High School despite the fact a detective who interviewed the young man said he doesn't believe the suspect planned to harm anyone.Following testimony by three detectives in 41-A District Court, 18-year-old Timothy Evans was bound over to Macomb County Circuit Court on a charge of false report of threat of terrorism -- a felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison -- for that social media post in March.
