Television Park was evacuated Tuesday after a suspicious package delivered to the building was found to contain a threat and an unknown substance. According to a statement from Richmond County sheriff’s Sgt. Michael McDaniel, deputies were called to the building on Augusta West Parkway about 4:20 p.m. The structure houses studios for WJBF-TV and WAGT-TV. Deputies found a letter addressed to an employee containing an unknown brown substance and a threat against the building.
