(AP) — A county commission in Tennessee has voted to file a lawsuit against a city for reallocating local option sales tax revenue away from the county school system and to the city's general fund. The Jackson Sun reports (http://bit.ly/2qVu2d3 ) the Madison County Commission will file a lawsuit against the City of Jackson and ask for an injunction on the reallocation of the $12 million that has been donated to the Jackson-Madison County School System since 1990.
