Tesla CEO Elon Musk said during Tesla's May earnings call that the company would "break ground on the first of (several) probably next month." But as July begins, we still haven't heard anything from Tesla on its plans, or whether it's actually broken ground anywhere. Meanwhile, Tesla's stock closed today at $239.72, close to its March all-time high of around $246 per share. It's easy to say Musk was speaking in general terms.
