Texas Officer Charged With Murder, Resigns After Shooting

Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray has been “in and out” of Denver’s two practices this week leading up to the second round of the NBA playoffs, coach Michael Malone said Friday. Denver restaurateur Kelly Whitaker is getting back to his roots. The Oklahoma native announced this week that he has purchased Nonesuch, a 22-seat chef’s counter restaurant in Oklahoma City.
