Thai police have named an eighth suspect in connection with the bombing of the Erawan Shrine in Bangkok on Aug. 17, which killed 20 people and injured more than 120 others. An arrest warrant was issued Wednesday for Emrah Davutoglu, a Turkish man believed to be the husband of Thai suspect Wanna Suansan, police spokesperson Prawut Thavornsiri said Wednesday, reports CNN. Davutoglu has been charged with possession of war materials without permission, but police have not elaborated on his alleged involvement. Twenty-six-year-old Wanna, a Muslim Thai national from the country’s southern Phang Nga province, is wanted by police because authorities say they have linked her to the apartment where bombmaking materials were allegedly found.
