Police are searching for a serial purse snatcher who targets women as they pump gasoline into their cars. The man, police say, is suspected in five purse thefts at gas stations in the Houston area during a two-month period between December last year and January. Police said the man was a passenger in new-model Toyota Higlander that pulled up beside the victim's car as the woman was filling up at a gas pump.
