BLOCK ISLAND, R.I. -- The Coast Guard rescued three people on a pleasure craft adrift in the ocean 45 miles southeast of Block Island Wednesday.The captain of the Blitzen, a 28-foot fishing boat, sent out a call for help on marine radio around 4:15 Wednesday afternoon, the Coast Guard said.
