Three-run Third Propels Locos To 4-2 Road Victory

ATHENS — The Lima Locos scored three runs in the top of the third on their way to a 4-2 Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League victory Saturday night against Southern Ohio at Bob Wren Stadium. All three runs in the third were unearned as Lima scored on an outfielder error, balk and wild pitch. Ryan Cyr (Mississippi State) got the victory, allowing two runs, seven hits and no walks while striking out six in a seven-inning outing.
