CNN reports that Steve Bannon has been denied his request to serve his four-month prison sentence at o-called Club Fed, and could end up in Rikers when his trial in New York for his build the wall scam takes place in September. As we discussed here, Bannon was making lots of threats over the weekend at the TP USA conference.
Narcissists are very good at projection. Donald Trump has been questioning President Biden's mental fitness. But it's Trump who is talking like a crazy person, launching long rants about sharks and whatnot. The former President is bonkers. Anyone can see that if they're not in the cult. And again, Trump proves our point.
If Trump-friendly media outlets weren't afraid that the former President was going to lose to Joe Biden again, then they wouldn't be unleashing cheap fake videos to paint the President as unfit for office. They're cheating because they know that Trump doesn't have a winning message. He has cult-like followers but can't garner independents, women, or the Black vote.
In an interview on MSNBC’s Morning Joe, Ramin Setoodeh, co-editor-in chief at Variety, said he did an hour long sit-down interview with Trump while researching for his book, "Apprentice in Wonderland: How Donald Trump and Mark Burnett Took America Through the Looking Glass." Via Salon:
A few months later, Setoodeh met with Trump again, this time at Trump Tower, to discuss his time in the White House.
This day in 1967 was the closing day of the Monterey International Pop Festival, Southern California, featuring first major US appearances of Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, The Who, and Otis Redding. So today you're getting Otis Redding's "Try A Little Tenderness".

Abortion-rights activists sell bumper stickers to capitalize on Noem dog controversy
by Joshua Haiar, South Dakota Searchlight June 10, 2024
Abortion-rights activists are capitalizing on the backlash against South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem’s dog-killing revelation in her new book.
In “No Going Back,” Noem disclosed that she shot and killed her 14-month-old dog Cricket in a gravel pit after the dog attacked chickens and performed poorly during a pheasant hunt.
