Toledo Natives Ride Out Hurricane Harvey In Houston

Gene Zaeff spent Sunday night and Monday morning moving his belongs to the second floor of his home. Outside his Houston-area home, water dumped on the city by Hurricane Harvey had risen to cover the fire hydrants, with more coming.
