Oprah Winfrey, Cate Blanchett, Carole King, Nathan Lane, Audra McDonald, Patina Miller and Saoirse Ronan will join nominees Steve Martin and Edie Brickell as presenters for the 70th Tony Awards, set for June 12 on CBS. Martin and Brickell are behind the musical Bright Star, which garnered five nominations. James Corden will host the ceremony live at the Beacon Theatre.

Sony Pictures Kraven the Hunter has been postponed. The film was set to be released at the end of the summer movie season, on Aug. 30, 2024, but has now been postponed until Dec. 13, 2024. That means it will take the place of Sony's Karate Kid reboot, which has now been pushed to May 30, 2025.

Earlier this year it was announced that acclaimed director Sbastien Vaniek would be directing the new Evil Dead spin-off, and just a couple of months after that announcement, its been revealed that yet another Evil Dead film is in the works, with Francis Galluppi attached to direct. Galluppi is making his feature film debut with The Last Stop in Yuma County, which releases on May 10, 2024.
