TOWN OF NEWBURGH – Town of Newburgh residents interested in learning more about the day-to-day operations of their police department can attend a free "Citizen’s Police Academy" that begins on Oct. 11, police Chief Donald Campbell announced.The six-week program will be held on Tuesdays from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
