TOWN OF NEWBURGH – The Town of Newburgh’s Council is holding a special meeting Wednesday on its ongoing rewrite of guidelines and restrictions governing signage.The meeting is at 9 a.m. inside Town Hall, 1496 Route 300.Signs at large shopping centers, electronic signs and flyers placed on utility poles are among the areas being revised, Supervisor Gil Piaquadio said."It’s going to be totally rewritten," he said.
