Traffic Alert: Nys Thruway Exit 39 To Close During Marilyn Manson / K-rockathon Concert

A ramp rehabilitation project on the Thruway (I-90) will cause nightly closures at the Exit 39 (Syracuse - I-690) ramp Sunday through Thursday.
