A public forum will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24, at the Troy Community Center, giving residents the opportunity to give the administration feedback on a proposal to develop about 125 acres near City Hall.The Troy Community Center is at 3179 Livernois Road.This is the second forum on the proposal, known as the Civic Center plan; the first was held Jan.
