The Troy Police Department Honor Guard is launching a campaign to raise money to construct a memorial to police officers in front of the police station.The Honor Guard, which represents the department at funerals for fallen officers, operates a 501(c)(3) charity that assists the families of Michigan officers who die in the line of duty.
