President Trump offered condolences for the four Americans killed Wednesday in an ISIS-claimed attack in Syria. This comes after Mr. Trump announced the U.S. will pull troops out of the country. On Thursday, he also announced a new missile defense plan. CBS News chief national security correspondent David Martin has more from the Pentagon.
