By Ben Felder Staff Writer bfelder@oklahoman.com Sitting around the table of a diner in Canadian County, where the sprawl of Oklahoma City meets farmland, four men trade thoughts on the latest Thunder playoff game, Bill O'Reilly's fall at Fox News — they mostly think he was set up — and how taxes are wasted on “a bunch of incompetent bureaucrats.” John Mahon, a retired tool manufacturer, takes a sip of his coffee before offering his opinion on President Donald Trump's first few months in office. “He's done what he said he would do, and if he hasn't it's because he's been stopped by liberal judges,” said Mahon, who voted for Trump last year and remains a staunch supporter. Mahon's praise for the president elicited a few affirming grunts from the men around him, including one who barked "damn right" as he slapped his hand on the table, rattling the silverware and water glasses. For this group of retired men, who didn't have a kind word to say about Democrats or the federal government, Trump has shaken up Washington, D.C.
