Hours away from a jury being seated, lawyers from Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev tonight made a fourth play to stop his trial and move it out of state, claiming more than half the 75 finalists for 18 seats on the panel have admitted to personal ties to his case.
