A collision Saturday night near Minnehaha in Vancouver sent both drivers to the hospital. At about 6:25 p.m. on Saturday, Clark County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a two vehicle collision at the intersection of Northeast 56th Avenue and Northeast 63rd Street, according to a statement from the sheriff’s office. Upon arrival, reports state that deputies were able to determine that a 2006 Hummer G3 was traveling westbound on Northeast 63rd Street and collided with a 2006 Honda Accord that was traveling southbound on Northeast 56th Avenue. According to reports, the Honda had failed to stop for the stop sign at Northeast 63rd Street, ending up on the south side of the roadway.
