Txdot: Overturned 18-wheeler Closes I-35, I-10 Interchange Near Downtown S.a.

An 18-wheeler crash has closed the exit ramp at the interchange from southbound Interstate 35 to westbound Interstate 10 in downtown Wednesday morning.
