Students can have 85 percent of that debt wiped away, but only if they teach at a college after graduation."The need for nursing educators is great," said Carolyn Petagno, marketing and communications manager with UCF's College of Nursing, adding that many nurses with a doctorate degree don't choose academia because the pay is less than what they could earn at a hospital.
