KIEV, Ukraine — Ukraine's revolution began with a status update on Facebook. Angered by another high-handed move by an increasingly unpopular government, activist reporter Mustafa Nayyem called for a rally on the country's most famous square, Maidan Nezalezhnosti — Independence Square.
