Four teenage participants in UNC’s Illumination Youth Arts Program presented several of their photographs to be displayed at the new Governor’s northeast office in Pittston. UNC offers this program to the community to teach youth skills in a variety of artistic disciplines, as well as build confidence, improve social interactions and improve life skills for success.
