Under Armour is cutting more than half of its staff at a distribution hub outside Nashville. The Baltimore-based sports apparel company permanently laid off 323 workers, effective April 12, according to a notice filed with the Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development.  Under Armour (NYSE: UAA) had employed 524 people working out of its 1 million-square-foot facility at 13 Athletes Way in Mt.
