After two weeks of looking without success, Unified Police are hoping the public can provide tips that may put a Taylorsville rapist behind bars. UPD Lt. Lex Bell said Wednesday that the assault took place early the morning of Sept. 27, near a park area at 2700 West and 4700 South. A woman was walking home from a friendâs house when she was approached by the suspect â a stocky, 5-foot-8 white male with scruffy, coarse facial hair and a tattooed âsleeveâ on his left arm.
