The neuromuscular condition that 14-year-old Cecelia Egan was diagnosed with about eight years ago has not stopped her from indulging her passion for theater, and her personal courage is being recognized with the 2018 National High School Heart of the Arts Award, presented by the National Federation of State High School Associations.
