Officials will be considering a proposal late this year or early next year to execute major revisions to the county jail, which will include a central-intake facility that could provide an attorney for defendants at arraignment.It also will suggest changes to the mental health and medical sections and seek to improve overall efficiency, Sheriff Anthony Wickersham said.
