ATLANTA (AP) — Juan Uribe hit a tie-breaking homer in the seventh inning, Julio Teheran delivered another strong home start and the Atlanta Braves beat the Philadelphia Phillies 2-1 on Friday night. Teheran (6-4) allowed one unearned run and seven hits in seven innings. The Phillies' run came in the second, when Morgan reached on second baseman Jace Peterson's throwing error and scored on Cesar Hernandez's single to right field. In his major league debut, a 9-2 win over the Cardinals on June 21, Morgan snapped the Phillies' franchise record of 25 consecutive games without a win by a starting pitcher. With two outs in the sixth, Cameron Maybin doubled down the left-field line and Nick Markakis walked. Manager Fredi Gonzalez said former Braves starter Tim Hudson had to make adjustments, including extra fluids the night before a start.
