Nasdaq composite sets record on quiet trading day
The S&P 500 rose 4.86 points, or 0.1%, to 5,308.13 and pulled within 0.02 of its record set last week. The Nasdaq composite gained 108.91, or 0.7%, to 16,794.87 to set its own all-time high.
