U.s. 36 Tolling Glitch Overcharges $3,600 To Carpoolers

Some motorists mistakenly hit with toll charges on U.S. 36 between Boulder and Denver are being refunded after the glitch was discovered by the managers of the newly minted highway, Plenary Roads Denver.
