WASHINGTON (AP) — The United States has provided compensation to the family of a Cameroonian child who was killed by a vehicle in U.N. Ambassador Samantha Power's motorcade. The package included about $1,725 in cash; a pair of cows; hundreds of kilograms of flour, onions, rice, salt and sugar; and cartons of soap and oil. State Department spokesman Jeffrey Loree says the U.S.
