Just as soon as the Dallas International Film Festival leaves the area, another film fest comes along to take its place. This time it's the long-running USA Film Festival, no longer the dominant film festival in the region but still important. It kicks off Wednesday with screenings of La Mission, starring Benjamin Bratt as a working-class Latino dad dealing with his gay son; the satiric office comedy Drones, starring Angel's Jonathan M.
