Va. Beach Police Investigate Late-night Shooting

VIRGINIA BEACH One person is recovering this morning after a shooting at the Emerald Point Apartments, dispatchers said. The shooting was reported about 11 p.m. on Queen Victoria Court, they said. The person who was shot was stable right after the incident, dispatchers said. No other details were immediately available. read more
