KINGSPORT — Kres Van Dyke of Abingdon helped to observe Kingsport Speedway’s 50th anniversary by winning his seventh NASCAR Whelen All-American Series First Kingsport Credit Union Late Model Stock Car victory on Friday.Racing was conducted in front of a crowd that included several retired drivers who had raced at the Model City facility throughout the years.
