A Vancouver woman was identified as the driver in a single-vehicle crash that killed her passenger this morning in the Madras, Ore., area, according to the Oregon State Police. Breanna D. Conaway, 27, of Vancouver, was driving a 2005 Jeep Liberty east on state Highway 26 at about 9:30 a.m. when the vehicle drifted off of the highway near Laurel Lane, according to a press release from police.
