NEW HAVEN >> A vandal left sexually vulgar and anti-Semitic graffiti on a police substation, and outside an immigration office and a restaurant that serves multicultural food, all in the same area of the city, police said.Officers went to 405 Foxon Boulevard just before 9 a.m. Monday to investigate a report of "disturbing vandalism" and later learned the alleged perpetrator left similar messages at the police substation at the Bella Vista housing off Eastern Street, police spokesman Officer David Hartman said in a release.
