Venterra Realty, a multifamily investment company with offices in Houston and Toronto, has purchased the French Place Apartments in San Antonio. HFF's Houston office arranged financing through Freddie Mac's (Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation) CME program and will service the loan.
