SPRINGFIELD >> Police have identified a 25-year-old man killed in a two-vehicle crash early Saturday as William Scott III of Darby.Police Chief Joseph Daly said officers received word of the accident on East Springfield Road at about 5:18 a.m. and estimated the crash occurred about 5:15 a.m.
