PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Video surveillance footage shows three gang members suspected in the 2014 shooting death of a rival heading into the Garrahy Judicial Complex around 10 a.m. the day of the murder, a Providence detective told jurors Thursday.One, Bruce Moten, could be seen paying court fees while alternately talking on his cell phone, Detective Jonathan Primiano said.
