The inaugural Chicago International Art, Antique and Jewelry Show at Navy Pier this month will mark the return to the city of an art gallery that was for many years a high-profile fixture locally. The 144-year-old Wally Findlay Galleries, which was founded in 1870 in Kansas City, MO., first opened in Chicago in 1931, and had a presence here until 2003.  It's last address in the city was 188 E.
