Monday's warm, windy weather prompted red flag warnings and small fires across Colorado Springs.Lanes on Interstate 25 were closed after three grass fires started between Interquest Parkway and North Gate Boulevard.Farther south, a 1½-acre grass fire burned at Prairie Grass Park at 170 Chapman Drive.Wind was a factor in both areas, said Fire Battalion Chief Steve Wilch.The National Weather Service in Pueblo cited "high fire danger" across southeast Colorado Monday as "breezy downslope winds" accompanied warm weather.
