Warren And Mayor Fouts Sued By Atheist

A new battle has been waged against Warren by a local atheist who has filed suit against both the city and county over religious displays and his own right to free speech in the past.With backing from organizations including the Freedom From Religion Foundation and the American Civil Liberties Union, Douglas Marshall has filed a lawsuit against the city and Mayor James Fouts for denying his request to place a "reason station" in the atrium at Warren City Hall.
