Warren should hire an outside attorney to gather and provide the information sought by state investigators about Mayor James Fouts' 2016 State of the City speech, according to a city official.Councilman Keith Sadowski said the city should hire independent legal counsel to handle the city's response to the Secretary of State's widened investigation into the use of public resources involved in promoting and producing last year's mayoral address.
