Warren city officials are touting the experience and racial and ethnic diversity of the newest group of officers in the Police Department.In a special ceremony, the dozen new officers -- with combined experience of 96 years -- formally were sworn into office. Each of them prepared to hit the city's streets for the first time Monday on active duty starting with a few weeks field training orientation.
