The family of William F. Pasque, who died in Lindern, Germany in World War II cannot be at his grave in Europe to tend to it. So, the people of the Netherlands are doing it for the family.The soldier -- a Warren native -- served in the 335th Infantry Regiment 84th Infantry division and died on Nov.
