The Portland Water District on Sunday responded to water main breaks in two greater Portland communities, one of which police say could take all of Monday to fix. Sgt. Anthony Ciampi said a water main break on Stroudwater Street in Westbrook, between Westbrook High School and Westbrook Middle School, could cause some traffic headaches for commuters on Monday morning. Stroudwater Street will either be closed to traffic or reduced to one lane beginning at 8 a.m.
