The Waterville City Council on Tuesday unanimously approved selling a parcel of city-owned land to a buyer who wants to re-sell parts of it to a prospective marijuana grower. The Waterville Morning Sentinel reports that councilors approved selling the undeveloped land off Airport Road, where the city owns 11 acres, to Leo St.
